What You Need to Know
To qualify for the Royalty Loyalty Program, customers must have at least two scheduled seasonal services each year.
Current loyalty members will be automatically enrolled into the upgraded loyalty program based on their service history.
All previous loyalty program terms will expire 30 days from the date of this announcement. Current Loyalty Customers enrolled will receive a New Comfort Care Package with their upcoming savings from the US Postal Service in March 2025.

*Customers of Cape Fear Heating & Cooling, LLC dba: Smith & Sons Heating & Cooling may qualify for enrollment in the exclusive Royalty Loyalty Customer Program by meeting one of the following criteria: scheduling at least one seasonal service per year for two consecutive years or scheduling two seasonal services within a single calendar year. Enrollment requires customer consent, and all payments for discounted products and services must be made on the service date. Customers with payments delayed beyond 30 days will be unsubscribed from the discount program.
